To address our changing coastline and increased flood risk across our communities and economies, the LA SAFE process is an innovative approach to community adaptation. In order to plan for a more resilient future, we created a planning process that integrates planning expertise, science, and most importantly, community members across the coast who are facing the challenge firsthand.
