Notice is hereby given that the South Central Planning and Development Commission (SCPDC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following project:

Red River Parish – Historic Structures Survey

Project No: 19-22-HIM-03-Red River Parish

An outline of the desired scope of work is available on the SCPDC website (www.scpdc.org). South Central Planning & Development Commission (SCPDC) is issuing this Request for Proposal for professional services from qualified consultants to provide SCPDC with a comprehensive survey within Red River Parish as part of SCPDC’s Historic Structure Survey Grant Agreement funded by the State of Louisiana, Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, Office of Cultural Development, and the Division of Historic Preservation. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 pm, Thursday, October 1, 2020 and should be hand delivered or mailed to Lesley Long at South Central Planning & Development Commission, 5058 West Main St., Houma, LA 70360. A Selection Review Committee will evaluate the Proposals. Federal funds are involved and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations is required.
